Nikki loves liaising with excited brides and helping them to create their dream wedding cake. All baking, decorating, delivery and set up at the wedding venue, is done by Nikki herself. Imported chocolates, imported liquers, fragrant nuts and seasonal berries can be added to create delicious fresh flavours. Nikki says: "I am passionate about food and baking, and do not mass produce. I bake with love and passion, and really "nurture" my cakes, so they really taste delicious as well as look divine, each cake being made with love and attention to detail."

Besides wedding cakes, Nikki also makes special occasion cakes, tarts, profiteroles, individual small delights and hand made truffles.

Beginners
All fingers and thumbs when it comes to thinking about food ? Has no-one ever taught you the basics of preparing food ?? Let me give you the confidence to start with the basics with minimum effort !! This course is open to anyone who wants to learn the basics of cooking - executives; singles; young married couples; home executives; newly weds; teenagers, and the more mature too. These classes are subject to a minimum of 3 people, maximum of 6, and is customized to when you would like to have a class, whether is it morning, afternoon or evening, and runs for 4 consecutive weeks.

Entertaining
Calling all wanna-be cooks ! Are you all fingers and thumbs when it comes to entertaining ? Do you want to impress your girlfriend, boyfriend, mother-in-law, father-in-law, husband, wife, children, friends, maybe even your grandmother !! Let me give you the confidence to entertain with minimum effort !!

Join me in a relaxed home environment and I will show you how to debunk the myths about fancy entertaining. Where else could you relax, enjoy yourself, meet new friends and learn short cuts to creative, interesting and tasty cooking ?

Each week we will focus on starters, main courses and accompaniments, ending off with delicious decadent puddings. The Back2basics Entertaining course is a fun relaxed course, Jamie Oliver style, a jam packed enjoyable morning, afternoon or evening, and then at the end of the class eating and sharing the feast that we have conjured up with your new found friends !!

Domestics
Tired and frustrated at the end of another busy day, and then you have to cook a meal ? To all those busy bees working all day, wouldn't you enjoy coming home to a ready made meal, something that you could just pop into the oven ? Wouldn't that take a load off your shoulders ?? Wouldn't that put a smile on your face ? Let me teach your domestics the basics of cooking in a warm friendly environment.

Domestics Level 1
This course runs for 4 weeks and we focus on hygiene in the kitchen, baking, various ways with mince, how to roast a chicken and other delicious chicken dishes, and finally salads/soups (in winter) and delicious puddings. The bottom line - happy busy bees and smiling empowered domestics with wonderful new cooking skills.

Domestics Level 2
Having completed the Back2basics Level 1, it is time to move onto Level 2. Over the four weeks we focus on recipes such as chocolate cake, crunchies, biscuits, yeast bread, traditional bobotie and yellow rice, chicken stir fry, steak and kidney pie, how to make a roast, how to fry fish, fish cakes, how to make cous cous, foccacio, butterscotch sauce, and various summer puddings. We look at herbs in the garden, and table settings and napkin folding.
